Dr Philip Chung is Executive Director of AustLII and is an Associate Professor of Law at UNSW Australia. He has qualifications in computer science and in law. His research interests include AI and law, and how NGOs can use the Internet and other communications to reduce surveillance risks.

Graham and Philip, with AustLII Co-Director Professor Andrew Mowbray, have been involved in free access to law and the development of AustLII, CommonLII and other LIIs since the early 1990s.
